Welcome to the RedToolBox.io website (the "Site"). This Terms of Use (this "ToU") describes the terms and conditions applicable to your access and use of the Site. This ToU sets forth the terms and conditions under which Dntech7Consulting, Inc ("Dntech7Consulting," "we," or "us") provides you access to the Site and the Service.
Dntech7Consulting may amend this ToU at any time by posting the amended Terms of Use on the Site, and you agree that you will be bound by any changes to this ToU. For your convenience, the date of last revision is included at the bottom of this page. Dntech7Consulting may make changes to the Site and/or the Service at any time. You understand that Dntech7Consulting may discontinue or restrict your use of the Site and/or Service for any reason or no reason with or without notice.
1. Privacy Policy.
Using the Site or the Service, you represent that you have read our Privacy Policy. Dntech7Consulting may revise the Privacy Policy at any time, and the new versions will be available at the above links. If at any point you do not agree to any portion of the Privacy Policy, you must immediately stop using the Site and/or Service.
2. Requirements.
Before you can use the Service, you must: (a) agree to this ToU, and (b) register for an account on the Service (an "Account"). These requirements may change as the Service evolves. You are responsible for any internet connection fees and/or mobile carrier charges that you incur when accessing or using the Service.
3. ToU Updates.
Dntech7Consulting will revise this ToU as the Site and/or Service evolves. The next time you use the Service after such an update, you may be prompted to agree to or decline the revised ToU. You must agree to all revisions if you choose to continue using the Site and/or Service. By using the Site and/or Service, you agree to the then-current version of this ToU as posted on the Site at www.RedToolBox.io/ToU. If at any point you do not agree to any portion of the then-current version of this ToU, you must immediately stop using the Site and/or Service.
4. Termination of Service.
Dntech7Consulting reserves the right to deny service to any user at Dntech7Consulting’s sole and absolute discretion. The Service is offered with the understanding that Dntech7Consulting may terminate any Account registered to you and/or your access to the Service at any time, for any reason or no reason, including without limitation for any violation the ToU. Dntech7Consulting may stop offering and/or support the Service at any time.
5. Accounts and Security.
5.1. Eligibility. By registering for an account on the Website, you represent and warrant that you (1) are the age of majority in your jurisdiction or, (2) are over the age of 14 and have the express permission of a legal guardian to become a Registered User and use Services made available to Registered Users, and you further agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions of these Master Terms and any applicable Additional Terms. Dntech7Consulting reserves the right to modify or discontinue the accounts of Registered Users and related Services at any time. Dntech7Consulting disclaims any and all liability to Registered Users.
5.2. Security. You agree to (a) provide accurate, current and complete information about you, if and as may be prompted by the registration process on the any of the Website, (b) maintain the security of your password and identification, (c) maintain and promptly update your registration information and any other information you provide, and to keep it accurate and complete to, among other things, allow us to contact you, and (d) be fully responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place using your account. You may not set up an account or membership on behalf of another individual or entity.
5.3. Termination and Inactivation of User Accounts. Your participation as a Registered User terminates automatically upon your breach of any of these Master Terms or applicable Additional Terms. In addition, Dntech7Consulting may, at any time: (a) modify, suspend or terminate the operation of or access to your user account for any reason; (b) modify or change Website and Services and any applicable Terms and policies governing your user account and related Website Services for any reason; and (c) interrupt user accounts and related Website Services for any reason, all as Dntech7Consulting deems appropriate in its discretion. Your access to your account and use of the Website may be terminated by you or by Dntech7Consulting at any time and for any reason whatsoever, without notice.
In addition, Dntech7Consulting reserves the right to delete and purge any account and all Content associated therewith following any prolonged period of inactivity, all as may be determined by Dntech7Consulting in its complete discretion.
6. Billing and Cancellation
6.1. Billing Cycle. The subscription fee for the RedToolBox service and any other charges you may incur in connection with your use of the service, such as taxes and possible transaction fees, will be charged on a monthly basis to your Payment Method on the calendar day corresponding to the commencement of the paying portion of your subscription. In some cases your payment date may change, for example if your Payment Method has not successfully settled or if your paid subscription began on a day not contained in a given month. Visit our website and click on the "Billing details" link on the "Account" page to see your next payment date.
6.2. Payment Methods. To use the RedToolBox service you must provide one or more Payment Methods. You can update your Payment Methods by going to the "Account" page. We may also update your Payment Methods using information provided by the payment service providers. Following an update, you authorize us to continue to charge the applicable Payment Method(s). You authorize us to charge any Payment Method associated to your account in case your primary Payment Method is declined or no longer available to us for payment of your subscription fee. You remain responsible for any uncollected amounts. If a payment is not successfully settled, due to expiration, insufficient funds, or otherwise, and you do not cancel your subscription, we may suspend your access to the service until we have successfully charged a valid Payment Method. For some Payment Methods, the issuer may charge you certain fees, such as foreign transaction fees or other fees relating to the processing of your Payment Method. Local tax charges may vary depending on the Payment Method used. Check with your Payment Method service provider for details.
6.3. Cancellation. You can cancel your RedToolBox subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the RedToolBox service through the end of your monthly billing period. To the extent permitted by the applicable law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for any partial-month membership periods or unwatched RedToolBox content. To cancel, go to the "Account" page and follow the instructions for cancellation. If you cancel your subscription, your subscription will automatically close at the end of your current billing period. To see when your subscription will close, check "Edit profile > Billing details" on the "Account" page.
6.4. Changes to the Price and Subscription Plans. We may change our subscription plans and the price of our service from time to time; however, any price changes or changes to our subscription plans will apply to you no earlier than 30 days following notice to you.
7. Data rights
7.1. Data. RedToolBox does not provide any guarantee or warranty of the accuracy of any data. The data is public information. But the data is gathered by RedToolBox proprietary software from 3rd party sources. It is analytic and statistical processing in a unique way in RedToolBox. So the data is RedToolBox proprietary.
7.2. Data sources. In order to keep statistical data updated, RedToolBox utilizes API services on YouTube. Unless specific access is asked for at a time of use, we are only gathering publicly available data from each of the API services, not anything private about your account.
8. Ownership.
As between you and Dntech7Consulting, Dntech7Consulting own the Site, Service, and Accounts. You agree that you will not create any work of authorship or create any derivative works based on the Site, the Service. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Site or use of the Service not in accordance with this ToU is expressly prohibited by law and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.
9. Links.
Links from the Site. The Site may contain links to websites operated by other parties. Dntech7Consulting provides these links to other websites as a convenience, and use of these sites is at your own risk. The linked sites are not under the control of Dntech7Consulting, and Dntech7Consulting is not responsible for the content available on the other sites. Such links do not imply Dntech7Consulting’s endorsement of information or material on any other site and Dntech7Consulting disclaims all liability with regard to your access to and use of such linked websites.
10. Location.
The Site and the Service are operated by Dntech7Consulting in South Korea. Those who choose to access the Site, and/or the Service from locations outside South Korea do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.
11. General.
11.1. ToU Revisions. This ToU may only be revised in a writing signed by Dntech7Consulting, or published by Dntech7Consulting on the Site.
11.2. No Partnership. You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Dntech7Consulting as a result of this ToU or your use of the Service.
11.3. Assignment. Dntech7Consulting may assign this ToU, in whole or in part, to any person or entity at any time with or without your consent. You may not assign the ToU without Dntech7Consulting’s prior written consent, and any unauthorized assignment by you shall be null and void.
11.4. Severability. If any part of this ToU is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, then that portion shall be severed, and the remainder of the ToU shall be given full force and effect.
11.5. Entire Agreement. This ToU constitutes the entire agreement between you and us relating to this subject matter and supersedes all prior, contemporaneous and future communications between you and RedToolBox.
